Summary:

Realeyes is seeking a Sales Executive to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth of our advertising attention measurement products. Realeyes is a leader in computer vision and Attention AI, pioneering products that drive insight and marketing performance. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, curious and entrepreneurial business development professional to make a huge impact in a burgeoning industry. This role is based in NYC and requires real-time collaboration across Europe and North America; extraordinary candidates from other locations may be considered.

Responsibilities:

Own relationships with decision makers across brands, agencies and platforms in order to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
Deeply understand Realeyes’ advertising attention value proposition, and effectively articulate that value to our clients including demonstration of products.
Own a strategic client development plan in partnership with key internal stakeholders (i.e., Marketing, Product, Success, Finance) that is built on the adoption of our attention metrics.
Respond to inbound RFPs, RFIs and proactively develop custom ideas and solutions.
Capture client feedback on business alignment and usability of our metrics and products, organizing feedback and collaborating with Product to drive scalable changes to unlock advertiser adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to negotiate at all customer levels, including VP and C-Suite.
Strong analytical abilities and confidence using data to inform decisions and strategies.
Proven record of effecting customer impact quickly and effectively.
Previous experience working in the programmatic or ad technology industry.
Comfort in ambiguity and willingness to help shape and conquer our market.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong record of negotiation, and successful internal and external relationship management.
Existing relationships with advertiser, agency and platform decision makers.
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of B2B experience in a sales or partnership development role selling advertising technology or data products.
