Through innovative Brand Retailer programmes worldwide, Numberly leverages retailer’s data to develop customer knowledge and understanding of brand consumption behaviour (customer value, profile etc.). The insights & Brand Retail expert will work on these different aspects:
Brand Retail expertise: analysis of consumer profiles and behaviour: persona profile, customer value, segmentation. Study of new purchasing behaviours (organic, sustainable, vegan, etc.). Implementation of new research methodologies. Advice and recommendations to internal marketing teams and to our clients (analysis methodology, insights, etc.)
Management: management of a 3-person insights team, dedicated to the brand retail project. Spirit of mutual aid and attention given to the development of each person. Development of the team’s construction and learning curve.
Sales: supporting our commercial teams in selling and writing research proposals. Participating in client meetings to understand and identify the most relevant Insights & Marketing strategies with them.
Cross-functional and innovation: participation in the spread of the data culture within the group. Contribution to cross-functional data, analytics and innovation topics.
You have a Master degree (engineering schools, business schools, universities) with a specialisation in statistics/data analysis/data science.
You have 5 to 10 years experience in marketing / data analysis, ideally acquired in the research or consulting sector (research institute, consulting firm). You have a strong interest in digital.
You like to handle data as well as making proposals on strategic aspects.
You have knowledge of classic statistical tools (R, Python…) and databases (SQL).
You are an expert in data marketing subjects: Segmentation, MMM, Panel, Scoring, loyalty programmes…
You like to interact with research or marketing managers to answer calls for tenders, take briefs or do presentations.
You are a good listener, empathetic and friendly, and have a real sense of service.
Knowledge of data visualisation would be a plus.
You are fluent in English and French.
