Adelaide is looking for a Lead Account Manager to manage the technical aspects of client relationships to ensure a positive client experience and a successful partnership. You’ll work with some of the largest brands and agencies in the world, engaging with clients to earn their trust as a go-to technical expert on all things Adelaide. Account Managers bridge the gap between our clients on the one hand and Product, Sales, and Engineering teams on the other, keeping everyone up to speed on new developments, client requests, and technical challenges.
You’ll be responsible for things like:
Client Communication and Sales Support:
You will lead a team that interfaces with clients to provide support prior to and during and after campaigns. Ensure clients understand and use the data provided: Hand-holding, explain value / insights, and encourage optimizations. Support sales in meetings and explain product and value proposition with supporting data.
Data, Insights and Reporting:
Manage reporting and draw relevant insights, which may include custom investigations tailored to client specific goals. You will be a product expert and understand Adelaide data and measurement in full.
Technical Support and Integrations:
Manage campaign set up based on client needs and trafficking structure. Troubleshoot / QA live trackers and help support Ad Ops implementation. Provide support with publisher, client, DSP integrations.
Initially an individual contributor but near term management opportunities.
Brands and agencies use Adelaide to evaluate digital advertising effectiveness and optimize media on the fly towards more efficient outcomes.
After 2 years of working with some of the biggest brands on the planet, we’ve proven that our attention-based metric is a proxy for business outcomes. Our next step is helping the whole market understand the power of transparent quality metrics.
4+ years digital media experience (agency, publisher, DSP/Exchange, Ad Tech). Direct experience with GCM, DFP, or DSPs a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets. Basic working knowledge of SQL a plus.
Looker or other BI Tool experience (Tableau, Periscope, Datorama) preferred, basic working knowledge of SQL a plus.
